Kushal Achhami is CEO and co-founder at Samsara Creation. In 2021, Kushal completed his Master’s Degree in Development Studies. He also holds Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Before that, Kushal has worked in E-commerce and development sector of Nepal for 6+ years. With this experience, he has been leading Samsara where he specializes on business research, market validation, customer and client acquisition, and financial sustainability of the startup.
Ajit Bhatta
Head of Growth and Innovations
Ajit Bhatta is a Co-founder and Head of Growth and Innovations at Samsara Creation. Mr. Bhatta holds an MA in Development Studies from Kathmandu University School of Arts. Having multiple years of experience in both social entrepreneurship and development sector, he oversees organizational innovation, team development, fundraising, and partnership at Samsara.
Chadani Mahat
Sales and Operation Coordinator
Chadani Mahat is a Co-founder and currently oversee Sales and Operation at Samsara. She holds a BA in Community Development and Master’s Degree in Human and Natural Studies from Kathmandu University School of Arts. She has a significant experience in delivering effective communicational strategy and sales management. At Samsara, she is responsible for record keeping, customer relationship, operations and sales management.
Bijay K.C
Co-founder
Bijay K.C is a Co-founder at Samsara Creation. He is an environmental engineer and development enthusiast. He is responsible for the external affairs of Samsara Creation. Bijay, an art envier, loves to promote local artisans in the circular economy. SDG 17 fanatic Bijay endeavors in collaboration and cooperation for growth and sustainability.
Sushmita Achhami
Production Head
Sushmita Achhami is a Producttion Head at Samsara who supports in the design and development of brand and products. She has been largely supporting the team in terms of product sampling, designing and production including order management. She is a professional fashion designer who graduated from Namuna College of Fashion Technology. Ms. Achhami is pursuing MBA in Entrepreneurship at Kings College.
